Chocolate Cupcake

I am pleased to say that I made it through my first full week of work since my infinitely long bout with bronchitis, flu, and a bad medicine reaction and I'm feeling good. I SO deserve this cupcake!

Looks great! Did you use butter-icing or cream-chocolate? I usually take a good qaulity chocolate and melt it in with cream it is to die for!! I only have this on birthdays and christmas - I am diabetic and sugar free chocolate is just not nice!

Hannah: I must confess I didn't make this cupcake. I bought it at a local cafe. :-)But if I was going to make chocolate icing, I would use butter-icing!

I don't think so Hannah. Its just too small. You deserve a WHOLE big chocolate cake.
