Posted by: Leslie at March 5, 2005 12:11 AMLooks great! Did you use butter-icing or cream-chocolate? I usually take a good qaulity chocolate and melt it in with cream it is to die for!! I only have this on birthdays and christmas - I am diabetic and sugar free chocolate is just not nice!
Hannah: I must confess I didn't make this cupcake. I bought it at a local cafe. :-)But if I was going to make chocolate icing, I would use butter-icing!
