I can't wait for Adagio to release this new Electric tea maker, or TriniTEA! I tend to like the traditional way of making tea-- boiling the water on the stove, pouring it over tea leaves in a cast iron tea pot or my bodum, but there is something cool and ultra-modern about this new tea machine. How do you like to make your tea?
Nice to meet you! (or at least read you!) I like you're blog. It's nice to see a tea lover who isn't afraid of coffee.
I also like tea (duh) frou frou, coffee, and want a pink IPod!
I like to make my tea with hot water from my stainless tea kettle and tea bags. In a cute mug, of course.

Posted by: Feli at June 6, 2005 03:37 AMThat really is a cool looking tea maker. I drink tea so rarely, I usually just heat the water on the stove and pour it over my tea bag.

Posted by: stef at June 6, 2005 07:06 PMI heat the water in our tea kettle on the stove and then pour it over a tea bag in a mug. If I am making iced tea though, I heat the water the same way and pour it over the tea bags in a large measuring cup and let them seep, then add sugar, pour it in a pitcher, and fill with water.
