I have been really worried about being able to afford a decent camcorder for our trip and still have some spending money for nice meals and souvenirs. It turns out that the TV we purchased about year ago, which was under warranty thank goodness, has a funy black spot on it. So, since it was not able to be fixed, we are getting our money back. Then we found a similar one for 1/2 the price, leaving me with a bit of money leftover. I was able to buy a camcorder and set some money aside for our trip. Sometimes when you think the money isn't coming from anywhere, God finds a way. It's these small things in my day to day life that lets me know He's there and he cares. How has God touched your life?

Posted by: ani at June 10, 2005 10:33 AMI've been really wanting to join this gym with one of my best girlfriends but just didn't have the $45 a month to spare. Lo and behold, we got an extra tax return check in the mail this week, the gov. erroneously took out $600 last year & refunded us.
The exact amount for 1 year is $597. How incredibly perfect is that?
I emailed you :)

There are so many ways God has touched my life, my dilemma is which one to share! I'll either email you a story or do a post.
Posted by: Robin at June 10, 2005 02:32 PMI am leaving on a mission trip to Russia ina month. I didnt know how I could do it when asked because of the money and work and yadda yadda. On the day I decided NOT to go I got 2 emails from people at my church saying how PERFECT I am for this trip. The next day (before I even asked anyone for money) I got 750.00 from a church member for the trip. I had ALL the money within TWO WEEKS. GOd rocks!
Posted by: steve at June 10, 2005 03:32 PMMarc and I had been planning on going on the cruise but not actually booking it because of money hesitations. One Sunday evening over dinner at Chilis he went through his money/bills and we just werent sure about things so I decided against it and was going to look into another idea for a mini vacation. The very next day marc called me and said he got his check in and it was more than what he was planning and expecting...to the dollar amount of our cruise. We're booked!
