The Stress is Getting to Me

What do you get when you combine a major trip and PMS? An absolutely crazy woman. I couldn't even sleep last night because I felt "off." I even missed a dentist appointment this morning that I called to confirm yesterday. I am so embarrased. I just feel anxious and unsettled. I could use some love. I'm sure you all are reading this thinking I'm nuts to feel anything but crazy excited, but I can't help it. PMS destroys any sense of practicality a woman has.

Do you have access to a pool? Something about spending time in a body of water usually calms me. (Hmmm, something to remember for the future....) And don't forget to eat.

Yeah a swim, some quiet time, a good book, a hot cup of tea and rest! Don't stress too much, dear. It's going to be fine :) drink lots of water too - it's good for you especially since you have a long flight to tackle soon.

whenever i am stressed like that i usually do some crafting or cooking or baking. i am weird i know but it usually takes my mind of the thing that was stressing me out in the first place.

You know, I think it's natural to feel a little anxious about your upcoming trip - it's a big deal & travel is stressful, even if it is for fun. What about meditating? I find it helps.

Try a cup of tea AND a chocolate...chocolate always helps me with pms...although it's been nearly 9 months since I had a bout of pms....

When I had PMS I drank cranberry juice and evening primrose oil (tabs) and it worked very well.

You'll be ok! Think of all the lovely sites you'll see! I heard this type of refocusing works. Good luck!
