Prayers Please

We are on a waitlist for a flight tonight, but the chances are slim. We could really use your prayers. If we don't get this one tonight, the soonest we'll get out is Wednesday or Thursday. Please, we are desperate and need to go home.

I will be praying for you Hannah. I do hope you get on the flight. I heard today that SAA were paying for passengers to change airlines - if you can't get on the next flight then you must insist they change you to BA. Fly to Heathrow and take a connecting flight to Atlanta from there. I am soooo sorry this had to happen now.

Gosh, that's awful! It's neat to have your vacation prolonged a bit, but I know that you're probably ready to get home. Especially with that plumbing mess! Good luck! Thinking of you!

Bummer. While an extended vacation sounds like a fantasy, I can understand the anxiety from not going home when initially planned, especially when your home needs your immediate attention. Good luck!

I hope you guys got away last night - if not, try getting a little nasty with the airline, sometimes that's all that works with the retards who work at SAA. Just tell them that they HAVE to put you on a flight - feel free to stamp your feet emphatically and put your hands on your hips. Threats of legal action wouldn't hurt either!! I've got my fingers crossed for you!
