Heard it Again! :-)

Today I had another great appointment! I'm still a little sore from all the examining and they took 5 tubes of blood for routine testing, leaving me a bit light-headed. We got to hear the heartbeat again though. It was harder to find this time. The peanut had moved to the other side of my tummy since the last visit, but once we found him/her, we heard a nice, strong heartbeat! I have my first ultrasound scheduled for next Thursday. I can't wait! The doctor said today that I am starting to show-- that he can feel my uterus protruding. I think I might go look at maternity clothes this evening after dinner at Carraba's with my family.

They took 5 tubes of blood from me on the first visit, two weeks ago. I guess every doctor is different?
I can't wait to see the baby again on the next visit, first week of november. Wanted to make sure everything is still fine :)
BTW, i checked theprenatalexperience.com for the 4D ultrasound. I might do it when the time comes, 24th weeks. They also have prenatal massages. Interested in going? :)

You're lucky! I had 7- SEVEN- drawn. Horrible! I get more drawn Friday for my 16 week appointment (the triple screen). Yikes!

So have you tried Old Navy online? I also have a Gap Maternity coupon (only good in stores) if you want it. Unfortunately we have very few maternity shops around here, except Motherhood, and they don't have the best made clothing. Not horrible though. Have fun shopping!

First of all i LOVE LOVE LOVE carabbas!! Mmmm!! And second, that is SO exciting! Strong heartbeats, a growing belly and maternity shopping! YAY!!

I have a three inch bruise from where they took 4 vials of blood on Monday! Congrats on hearing the heartbeat, I cant wait to hear that! =)
I second what GFF said, oldnavy.com has some maternity clothing and gap.com as well that is a little more "stylish" than motherhood maternity...
